If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds for deposits or payments are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the work already performed and materials purchased. Please contact us to discuss any refund request.

To the extent permitted by law, Falcon Group Home Improvement LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
